WiMood is happy to provide product advice to its resellers. This involves the right choice of product and desired functionalities, but also support in the event of possible defects in the supplied equipment.

In addition to the above support work, WiMood can also support you with projects. This includes configuring equipment in advance or remotely. Checking an existing environment and supporting our resellers in detecting problems and possibly solving them.

This is a remote service. We can therefore check all configurations and settings, but specific problems that may be caused by local circumstances cannot be resolved or found.

- Required login details
- Information about the use and purpose of the network
- Access to a laptop on location via TeamViewer (if desired)
- Engineer on location (if desired)
- Other information that may be important
